Here you can find some of the recipes I like to cook. I'm from eastern Spain, so expect Mediterranean influence ☀️.

The recipes listed here follow the RecipeMD format. The instructions are provided in both text and in the form of a diagram. I got inspired for this from Así cocino yo, a cookbook written by Aurelio Abancens, a Basque engineer.
